Job description:

We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our Specialist Team to lead care and support for our client in their home.


This is an opportunity to make a difference to our client and their caregivers by providing and leading round the clock care.


We have various shifts patterns including day and night cover available.

Experience and skills:

You must be a Registered Nurse Able to demonstrate Clinical skills such as tracheostomy care, suctioning, nebuliser management, stoma care, gastro feed etc Excellent communication and attentive listening skills Ability to prioritise the complex needs of our customers Competent in completing all necessary paperwork in order to deliver a person centred approach to care
