Registered Adult Nurse Manager

to join our social care management team, based primarily in Tamworth but serving clients

across England, covering northern, midland and southern regions

The Role

You'll be leading clinical management for a varied caseload of community care packages, ensuring exceptional standards of care and compliance with all company SOPs and CQC regulations. Key aspects include:

Clinical management and oversight of delegated health tasks and competencies. Designing and delivering training to frontline staff. Assessing new clients and business development Leading competency assessments and ongoing clinical supervision. Co-producing, writing, and reviewing person-centred care plans and risk assessments. Taking part in the on-call rota to provide high-quality support and guidance. Working collaboratively with the operations team on point-of-care (POC) management. Driving improvement across service quality, safety, and compliance. Operating both independently and as a vital part of our close-knit team.

About You

NMC Registered Adult Nurse (essential) Substantial experience in a similar community or nurse management role Skilled in clinical case management, risk review, and staff development Track record of creating care plans and training frontline staff Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Proactive, organised, and collaborative, with a strong sense of initiative Full driving licence and willingness to travel across the Midlands
