We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated nurse, wishing to expand their knowledge and expertise within the Tissue Viability. This is an exciting opportunity for a nurse looking for a new challenge to join our dynamic and innovative Tissue Viability and Wound Hub team. We are looking for a registered nurse with a passion for tissue viability and improving clinical outcomes for patients. You should have some experience of working in wound care either within a hospital or community setting. If this sounds like you we would love to hear from you.
You will be supported by the Tissue Viability Clinical Nurse Specialists and wider adult community nursing service to develop your knowledge and skills to implement evidence based practice high quality care to the residents of City and Hackney.
The post holder will practice within a multidisciplinary team and provide care to patients within the Tissue Viability Wound Hub.
Assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating their care needs under the supervision of Clinical Nurse Specialists.
They will be responsible for delivering a high standard of holistic nursing care whilst promoting and maintaining health education and independence.
The post holder will take responsibility for their own actions when delivering clinical care; maintaining competency and skill in line with role requirements.
