We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will support individuals to achieve independence, improve their quality of life, and engage fully in their daily activities within their home and community environments.

You will:



Assess the needs of clients with physical, mental, or emotional challenges. Develop personalized intervention plans focused on enabling independence. Work collaboratively with families, carers, and other healthcare professionals. Recommend and facilitate access to equipment, adaptations, and community resources. Promote health, wellbeing, and active participation in the community. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in line with professional and organizational standards.

What We're Looking For



To succeed in this role, you should have:

A degree or diploma in Occupational Therapy and hold a current registration. Proven experience in occupational therapy, preferably in a community setting. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams. A problem-solving mindset with the ability to tailor solutions to individual needs. A valid driver's licence and willingness to travel within the community.
