In this role as Community Partnership Lead, you will be a pivotal force in delivering our Vulnerability Strategy. This isn't just a job; it's an opportunity to drive meaningful change, ensuring our most vulnerable customers and communities have seamless access to essential services and support.




This role puts you at the heart of our regional engagement efforts. You'll spend your days forging strong relationships with diverse stakeholders, developing impactful community initiatives, and managing projects from inception to completion.




Imagine supporting customers in accessing vital services, boosting customer satisfaction, and ensuring we meet our key vulnerability commitments - all while working with a collaborative spirit across our business and beyond. You'll be the go-to person for identifying new partnership opportunities, supporting our annual vulnerability stakeholder event, and monitoring the success of your projects. You'll have the chance to work with charities, attend council county fairs and widen your network with key leaders.

We're looking for someone with excellent written and verbal communication skills who can confidently network and collaborate both internally and externally. You'll need to be organized, able to manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines with ease.




A full UK driving license is essential, as you'll be out and about, directly engaging with our communities. If you're also adaptive, flexible enough for occasional weekend work at community events, and possess that natural confidence to lead projects independently and present to diverse audiences, you'll be a fantastic asset to our team. Main responsibilities:



To develop strong relationships within the SEW region with our stakeholders to deliver community engagement activity and partnerships that support our Vulnerability Strategy and initiatives To focus on supporting customers and communities in accessing SEW services particularly in relation to vulnerable customer initiatives To develop and grow our relationships with customers and stakeholders in order to meet business objectives specifically, vulnerability performance commitments and customer satisfaction Design, manage, and deliver key projects designed to deliver business outcomes Working across business teams to support delivery of key communications and messaging both direct to customer and to the wider business. Support the planning and execution of our annual vulnerability stakeholder event Manage the whole life cycle of community initiatives To identify opportunities for collaboration with both new and existing partners Monitoring and assessment of key metrics relating to community projects. Participating in external industry events and forums

You'll need:



Skills / Qualifications / Experience



Educated to GCSE level with English and Maths being mandatory. Full UK driving licence. Ability to manage and meet deadlines. The role requires strong and effective written and verbal communication skills. Strong delivery focus, able to support the delivery of multiple projects and activities. Experienced and effective networker with the ability to work with others, both internal and external in a collaborative way at an operational level.

Comfortable driving a van or willing to complete training to drive a van on occasion for events.

Compensation package:



28,000 - 32,000 + 6,254 car allowance
