What you will do:
- Deliver outstanding care by assessing, planning, and implementing treatment for individuals experiencing their first episode of psychosis.
- Establish effective communication pathways with service users, families, and fellow healthcare professionals.
- Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to develop and execute unique care plans tailored to each individual's needs.
- Provide expert advice and education to service users and their families to facilitate understanding and management of psychosis.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of all interactions and interventions.
Requirements for the role:
- A degree or equivalent in Mental Health Nursing is essential.
- Must have a substantial background working as a Mental Health Nurse.
- Current NMC Registration is a prerequisite to join our team.
