Help People Take the Next Step in Recovery

Do you want to make a real difference in someone's life? CrossReach is looking for a caring and motivated Recovery Worker to support adults affected by substance use.

About the Role

You'll support people on their recovery journeyhelping them set goals, build confidence, and find healthier ways to live. This is role based in the community, supporting adults in their own homes and across the wider community offering practical support and encouragement. It's a rewarding role where no two days are the same.

What You'll Need

Experience supporting people with substance use or in a similar role. A kind, non-judgmental attitude. Good communication and teamwork skills. SVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or willingness to work towards it).

This post requires you to be a member of the Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme and undertake the necessary vetting checks. You will also be required to be registered with SSSC and it is your professional responsibility to ensure that you meet the standards and criteria for registration.
