Job title: Community Registered General Nurse

Band: Band 5

Location: Braintree Essex

Hours: Ad-hoc basis, choice of shifts but need to be flexible, day/late/long days shifts

Rates: \xc2\xa322-27 per hour dependent on shifts completed.

To be considered for this role you need a minimum of 6 months NHS experience within the last 2 years.

Are you an experienced Community Registered General Nurse looking for agency shifts in the Braintree area? We\xe2\x80\x99re working with an outstanding NHS Trust to recruit an individual who would like the flexibility of choosing their own hours. A variety of shifts are available on a weekly basis for a Community Nursing Team who provide an excellent care based in patients homes.

Candidates will need the below skill set:

• Medicine Management
• Syringe driver care and medicine
• End of Life Care
• Diabetes care/Insulin administration
• Trauma wounds
• Surgical wounds
• Pressure Ulcer care
• Initial assessments.
• Recent Anaphylaxis Training
• Male, suprapubic and female catheterisation- care of and insertion.

Successful candidates will need:

• 6 months NHS experience working as a RGN.
• Enhanced DBS
• Must be a car driver
• Community experience desirable but not essential
