Summary

We are seeking a passionate Community Relations Manager to join our team at Visiting Angels South Bucks. In this role, you will be instrumental in promoting our services and building relationships within the community to enhance our outreach and support for elderly clients.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement community engagement strategies to promote Visiting Angels services. Build and maintain relationships with local organizations, healthcare providers, and community members. Organize events and initiatives to raise awareness about elderly care and support services. Manage social media platforms to enhance online presence and community interaction. Collaborate with the caregiving staff to understand client needs and feedback for service improvement. Monitor community trends and needs to adapt outreach efforts accordingly.

Requirements

Proven experience in public relations or community management is essential. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with diverse audiences. Ability to build relationships with various stakeholders in the community. Creative thinking skills for developing engaging outreach programs. A passion for supporting the elderly and understanding of home care services is a plus.
25 hours a week. 16000-17000 per annum. 45p per mile mileage. Bonus and commission structure in place.
