Job Description

Mid and West Wales Fire and Rescue Service are seeking applications from individuals for a permanent position for the role of Youth Practitioner within the Community Safety Department based at Aberystwyth Hub.

The Role

The successful candidate will develop, co-ordinate and deliver service youth intervention projects throughout the Mid and West Wales service area to provide behavioural change and reduction in anti-social behaviour. Projects include Reflect and Phoenix The post holder will liaise with divisional teams on a monthly basis to identify youth issues within their area.

This post is full-time, working 37 hours per week with flexible hours in linbe with the Service's flexi-time scheme.
