Full time (8am-4pm, 10am-6pm or 8am-6pm)
Please note weekend working is required- usually 1 in 3. Previous applicants within the last 3 months need not apply.
You will need to be an NMC registered nurse who has enthusiasm, energy and a passion for delivering the best nursing care possible. Community experience is not essential but you will need to demonstrate that you have an understanding and awareness of autonomous working in the community setting, with evidence of some transferable skills.
The successful applicant may have contact with patients or service users. As an NHS Trust we strongly encourage and support vaccination as this remains the best way to protect yourself, your family, your colleagues and of course patients and service users when working on our healthcare settings

As per national policies there is a growing need to deliver more complex care in the community to ensure local hospital beds are free for patients who are acutely unwell. Every day is different in community nursing and you will be supported to obtain a comprehensive set of skills to care for patients with a variety of needs.
