Qualifications and training Essential- Degree in nursing or equivalent, you are a qualified nurse with NMC registration.Practice supervisor/ assessor training or commitment to work towards.Relevant transferrable skills such as: - ability to work autonomously, communication, leadership, clinical skills.Due to the nature of community working, ability to travel across the patch to provide care to patients is essential.
