We are looking for local residents in Coventry who can provide short, practical support to people returning home from a hospital stay. This is a flexible, paid-per-visit role with no minimum hours or ongoing commitment -- you only accept visits when the time and location suit you.

About the Role

You will offer basic, non-clinical assistance to patients in their homes. This may include light household help, simple errands, checking if any patient devices are working properly, checking that someone is settling in safely after discharge or helping a patient travel home from the hospital. Many patients appreciate a helping hand as they regain confidence settling back at home. No prior experience is required, as you will receive the comprehensive training and support you need.

What You Need

Willingness to visit patients in your preferred neighbourhoods (sometimes even on the same day!) Ability to work independently Ability to communicate clearly and be reliable A supportive and practical attitude Comfortable using technology and following instructions
