Area: Glasgow and surrounding area

Hours: full time 40 hours a week

Mon-Fri and scheduled on-call weekend

Hourly Rate from 13.50 per hour

Job Details: Providing young adults and elderly with complex needs with 1:1 support within the home and out in the community.

Assist the Management team in the provision of direct support as outlined in individuals care support plans.

Maintaining accurate diaries of support, reviews, support planning, risk assessments and work with others overseeing staff team supervisions and appraisals etc.

Care Experience in a similar senior position would be advantage.
You must be a confident driver and have use of your own vehicle. You will be required to travel to oversee you service's and attend meetings.
