Job description

Hourly Rate:

13.26 - 17.96


The advertised hourly rate includes a supplement (JWC) to the base grade of the post. JWC supplements are conditional on the physical demands and /or working conditions of the role.


A market supplement is currently being applied to all night and weekend (Saturday and Sunday) shifts, uplifting your hourly rate in these periods to between approx. 17.68 - 17.96. This will replace any previous market supplements and will apply to both your contracted hours and to any additional hours worked within the applicable time periods

As a relief member of our team, your hours will be 'as and when required', allowing the role to work around you and your availability. Where possible, advance notice will be given for available shifts, to cover short, and at times, long term absence within Ulverston & Barrow (South) Supported Living Service. Shifts may include earlies, evenings, weekends, sleeps and Bank Holidays



You will be entitled to the same benefits as our contracted employees and we provide a thorough and supportive induction for all our new staff which will include fully paid training and shadowing.
