are looking for an experienced Support Worker to join our team. Must be capable of promoting engagement with fun meaningful activities for the service users.

Providing 1:1 care and support for young adults to access their community in a safe meaningful way for them.

Essential Job Criteria:

Autism experience PDA experience Hold a full UK driving license Be a confident driver and willing to use own vehicle during support. SVQ 2 equivalent or above Must be confident in accessing the community on a 1:1 basis. 1 year or more experience in a Social or Health Care background
The Support Worker will assist with building confidence in people they support with enjoyable meaningful activities. We welcome new ideas for activities and clubs as the services grow and adapt.

Applicants should be outgoing and enjoy working in the community as well as being patient and friendly. Willing to support with any tasks/activities required for the role.

Implement and manage strategies that help the service user to manage day to day life.
