Key Responsibilities

Provide tailored support to individuals with day-to-day tasks and independent living Support individuals in maintaining tenancies and preventing risk of homelessness Assist with benefits applications and housing-related paperwork Help individuals register with GPs and access local healthcare services Provide medication support (e.g., prompts and reminders) Assist with managing finances and creating budgeting plans Support with daily household tasks such as cleaning and organising Encourage community participation and access to local services and events Link service users with relevant charities and third-sector organisations Collaborate with families, professionals, and organisations using a strengths-based approach Promote wellbeing, independence, and a safe living environment

What We're Looking For :

A person-centred approach with a passion for helping others Ability to build trusting relationships with service users and professionals Good communication, planning, and problem-solving skills A flexible, compassionate, and reliable attitude A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (essential)
