45p per mile | Block Pay from Start to End of Shift (Excludes 1-Hour Break)

We're looking for caring, reliable individuals to join our team of Community Care Workers. Whether you're experienced or brand new to care, we'll provide full training, paid induction, and ongoing mentorship to support your journey.

Your Role Will Involve:



Providing person-centred care and support in people's homes Assisting with personal care, moving and handling, meals, and medication Offering emotional support and promoting independence Ensuring safeguarding procedures are followed and concerns are reported appropriately Working alongside colleagues, families, and health professionals to deliver quality care

We're Looking For People Who Are:



Compassionate, dependable, and motivated to help others Good communicators who can work flexibly and independently

Hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle

Open to working mornings, evenings, and weekends New to care or experienced - we welcome both and provide full training

Where You'll Work:


We offer care runs across Pembrokeshire and will aim to keep you working in your local area wherever possible.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: 13.10-14.10 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 40 per week
