We're looking for a warm, reliable, and female support worker to join our Henley team, supporting three amazing adults in their own home and out in the community.

No two days are the same! You'll be part of a close-knit, friendly team helping individuals live life to the fullest--whether that's supporting them to attend local festivals, enjoy holidays, pursue hobbies, find work, or simply enjoy their daily routines. From helping cook a favourite meal to cheering them on at a community event, this is a role full of variety, purpose, and connection.

What we're looking for:


Female applicants only (genuine occupational requirement)
Must be a driver with access to a car
Able to work flexibly, including alternate weekends

Pay rates:


12.99/hour

(Monday-Friday)

13.70/hour

(Friday 6pm-Sunday)

Sleep-in shifts:

73.85 per night
