Community Support Worker
Job Description
We are looking for a Support Worker to work as part of our amazing team to support service users in their own homes around Nottingham City. You will be supporting with appointments, support around the house and help to access the community. This is not a domiciliary care role, you will work with up to 4 people across the week.
If you have previously worked in care that's great but if not, please don't let a lack of experience stop you from achieving a career in something suited excellently to your personality. We are more interested in your ability to support our residents to maintain or gain new independence, assist with their social and communication skills and your commitment to ensuring that they live their life in a way that is satisfying and meaningful to them.
We are looking for:
People who are compassionate and respectful and able to build positive relationships with those you care for. A supportive and hardworking team player. Ability to work Monday to Friday between 9.30 am - 4.30pm with some flexibility A driver
