We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for Community Support Workers to join our team in Ormskirk, supporting adults with learning disabilities in a brand-new supported living flat scheme. This rewarding role involves empowering individuals to live independently and enjoy fulfilling lives. As a Community Support Worker, you will support people to access the local community, attend appointments and activity sessions, complete daily living tasks such as cooking and cleaning, and maintain their own home. No two days are the same, and you'll be making a real difference every day.

We are offering both full-time and part-time positions, and shifts will include weekends and sleep-ins. We are looking for individuals who are caring, reliable, and passionate about supporting others. Experience is welcome but not essential, as full training will be provided. If you are enthusiastic, person-centred, and ready to be part of a supportive and forward-thinking team, we'd love to hear from you.
