The Birmingham community support team provides floating support to a wonderful and diverse selection of customers offering them individualised support packages to help them live independently and with dignity. We are currently recruiting for 1 x permanent 24 hour per week role which is community based travelling between customers. We also have multiple full time positions available working 37.5hrs per week..

Where are we based

We work across Birmingham in the community with this role providing floating support to our customers.

No two days are the same.

As a Community Support Worker, you will help individuals with:

  • Access to Leisure activities.
  • Accessing local services
  • Staying well.
  • Attaining and maintaining housing.
  • Supporting them into employment.
  • Supporting with life skills such as shopping or paying bills.
  • Attending appointments and more.

This role is conditional upon receipt of two satisfactory references (one from your current employer).
