We are looking for a full time Community Support Worker to join our friendly team in Grimsby. This is a part time role, 15 hours per week with the salary of \xc2\xa312.05 per hour.

Your role:

You\xe2\x80\x99ll be supporting people to be more independent, to build local connections and friendships and improve their wellbeing. Every individual is unique, you\xe2\x80\x99ll help them imagine what a good life looks like then you\xe2\x80\x99ll work with them to make it happen.

Basically, you\xe2\x80\x99ll be giving people the confidence, skills and support they need to live the life they want to lead.

You\xe2\x80\x99ll be out and about meeting people in the community or their home.

Your experience:

You don\xe2\x80\x99t need a background in social care to join our team. Some of the best people who work for us include a decorator and a personal trainer.

You\xe2\x80\x99re interested in people\xe2\x80\x99s lives and ambitious for them. Sometimes you\xe2\x80\x99ll need to push people out of their comfort zone.

You\xe2\x80\x99re happy to work independently.

You\xe2\x80\x99ll learn everything else from colleagues and the training that we provide.
