We are currently hiring Community Support Workers to provide care to service users in their own homes in and around Redruth.

Indiana Healthcare Services is a dynamic care agency located in Central Truro and we have been providing care across the Southwest for over 10 years. Our 24/7 service is powered by a team of friendly and experienced carers and nurses who are committed to delivering high-quality care across Devon and Cornwall.

In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting our clients' health and well-being, ensuring they receive the highest standard of care in their homes or care facilities.

Responsibilities

Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation. Support the implementation of individualized care plans tailored to each client's needs. Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care. Maintain accurate records of client progress and any changes in condition. Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' quality of life. Adhere to health and safety regulations while providing care.

Requirements

Previous experience in a healthcare or caregiving role is preferred but not essential. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients. Basic IT skills for documentation and reporting purposes. A valid driving license is advantageous for community-based roles.
