We are looking for a Band 7 Clinical Team Leader to join our Suffolk Secure Services Forensic Community Mental Health Team , a dynamic and well-supported team dedicated to providing recovery-focused community care for individuals transitioning from secure settings.

About the Role



As a Clinical Team Leader , you will:



Lead and motivate a passionate team to deliver high-quality care

Manage a small caseload , ensuring focused and effective intervention

Work closely with service users, carers, and partner agencies to support individuals in their journey to recovery

Build upon the team's success following a recent outstanding Quality Standards Review

Drive continued service improvements and help us achieve an outstanding CQC rating

By joining our team, you will be well supported to develop further your knowledge and skills to deliver evidence-based interventions for the group of service users. Personal development will be supported through meaningful Appraisal and via a bespoke training package (a comprehensive in house & external training programmes). On a monthly basis you will be offered reflective practice sessions, mandatory clinical supervision, and Line management supervision. You will also have an opportunity to actively take part in Quality improvement projects within the service.
