As a
Community Home Care Practitioner
, you will:Support clients in their own homes, helping them
maintain independence
Assist with daily activities, including
personal care, meal preparation,
appointments, shopping, and companionship
Work both independently and as part of a small team
Provide
a truly valuable service
, whereno two days are the same!
What You Need:
A
