Team Leader
to help deliver outstanding care as well as support people in their own homes while guiding and mentoring our amazing care team.
Responsibilities
Supporting clients with dignity, independence, and respect in line with their care plans
Leading, coaching, and developing a team of care workers in your area
Delivering hands-on personal care and medication support when needed
Carrying out quality checks, spot visits, and care reviews
Supporting new clients through 'meet and greet' visits and initial assessments
Building strong working relationships with families, professionals, and your team
Promoting best practice and ensuring compliance with CQC and company standards
A
separate payment is made
for on-call weeks (200)
Requirements
Experience in a senior care role (domiciliary care preferred)
NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care - or willingness to work towards it
Brilliant communication and leadership skills
A kind and can-do attitude, even when it gets busy!
A full UK driving licence and your own vehicle
Flexibility to work evenings and alternative weekends
Familiarity with IT systems for record-keeping and reporting.
