The Bespoke Life is a rapidly expanding organisation committed to enriching the lives of older adults. We're currently looking for a kind-hearted and reliable individual to become part of our team as a Companion.
In this meaningful Companion role, you'll support our clients many of whom are aged 75 and above and living with dementia by offering companionship, motivation and everyday assistance that empowers them to maintain their independence.
We're seeking someone who can begin with just a few hours a week and grow alongside our client base as our services expand.
Please note: This position does not include personal care responsibilities.

Responsibilities for this Companion role;
Provide companionship and emotional support, fostering a warm and positive environment.
Assist with day-to-day living activities, including light meal preparation.
Engage clients in meaningful activities to promote mental stimulation and overall well-being.
Monitor and report any changes in clients' health, mood, or behaviour.
Maintain a safe and comfortable home environment.
Drive clients to appointments, errands, or social activities.
Qualifications required for this Companion role;
Previous experience in a caring or support role (essential).
Knowledge and understanding of Alzheimer's and dementia care.
First Aid or Life Support certification (advantageous).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport.
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
Full, valid driving licence (essential).
