The Role:

We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented Accounts Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing invoicing, logging material costs, and tracking profit and loss, all while using Service M8 and accounting software such as Xero. This position offers the opportunity to grow alongside the company, with training and development provided.

Key Responsibilities:



Sending and chasing invoices to clients Logging and tracking invoices on accounting software (Xero) Utilizing Service M8 software to allocate and manage jobs, linked with accounting software Logging material costs against specific jobs and tracking expenses Identifying and highlighting profit and loss margins Managing the company's spending and incoming payments ledger Collaborating with the team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting

Skills & Qualifications:



Must have experience using Xero accounting software Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Experience with invoicing, material cost tracking, and basic accounting Familiarity with Service M8 software is highly desirable (but not essential) Comfortable working with Excel or other accounting software A proactive attitude and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Training & Development:

The successful candidate will undergo four weeks of comprehensive training, including:

In-office training with our experienced accounts staff Software training on the systems used by our engineers
