Company Administrator & Personal Assistant

to support our Senior Management Team. This is a full-time, remote position with occasional travel for meetings and events.

Key Responsibilities:



Provide high-level administrative support to the Senior Management Team, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and minute-taking. Act as the first point of contact for internal and external communications on behalf of the senior team. Maintain and update company records, databases, and care-related documentation in line with regulatory requirements. Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and internal communications. Support the onboarding of new staff, ensuring all compliance documentation is received and filed appropriately. Liaise with external stakeholders, clients, and partner organisations in a professional manner. Monitor email correspondence and respond or escalate as appropriate. Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics for occasional team meetings or events. Support general office administration tasks including filing, document formatting, and managing cloud-based storage systems.

Essential Skills & Experience:



Previous experience in a healthcare or social care administration role is essential. Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise work effectively. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) and other relevant IT systems. Professional demeanour with the ability to work independently and confidentially. Flexible and adaptable, with a positive attitude to problem-solving. Comfortable working remotely and able to travel occasionally as required.
