Job Description

As a Company Administrator, you will be essential in supporting a busy Accounts office and ensuring smooth administrative processes within the office. You will be responsible for all Admin Set-up and Company Secretarial reporting duties from the Inception of a new client , through all Trading Years, to the final Dissolution. Working alongside the Senior Company Administrator , your core skills will be in computer proficiency, phone etiquette, and organizational abilities will be vital in managing communications and data entry tasks. Training will be provided, where necessary, in all administrative duties and the office systems. Duties will include, but not limited to, Company Admin Duties for Grampian Accounting, Client Company Secretarial filings, answering the telephone, scanning, maintaining the client database, the AML database and the HMRC Agent Portals, communicating with clients and with HMRC, filing documents with Companies House and HMRC and any other admin necessary to assist in running an Accounts office.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From 26,000.00 per year
