About the Role

Are you a results-driven marketing professional with a passion for fitness and retail? We're seeking an experienced

Company Marketing Manager

to lead and deliver multi-channel marketing initiatives for one of the UK's leading fitness equipment retailers.

You will be based at our

East Midlands Head Office in Northampton

, reporting directly to the Managing Director, and working closely with a dynamic team across digital, retail, commercial, and product development.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee all

retail marketing

, including showroom POS, in-store campaigns, and printed/digital brochures Manage

brand and product launches

, including promotional planning, creative content, and photography Develop

B2B marketing campaigns

for corporate wellness, hospitality, and public-sector clients Support social media and digital marketing efforts in collaboration with the Digital Manager Handle all

offline advertising

, including print and physical media Project manage consumer exhibitions, trade events, and "pop-up" activations

Requirements

Proven experience in a senior marketing role, ideally within a retail or consumer products environment Strong knowledge of both

B2C and B2B marketing

strategies Project management expertise with the ability to handle multiple initiatives Creative thinker with hands-on experience in

POS, print marketing, events, and social media
