Company Secretarial Assistant

Location: London/ Grace Church Street



Work Environment: Hybrid (2 days on-site)

Summary


To manage and deliver the provision of a high quality professional company secretarial service
to a portfolio of clients of Davies Insurance Solutions ("DIS").###

Key Responsibilities





Managing the company secretarial work of a portfolio of clients including:

organizing, preparing, and circulating agenda and papers for board meetings and committees; taking minutes, drafting resolutions, and following up on actions from meetings; maintaining statutory books, including registers of members, directors, and secretaries; ensuring annual confirmation statements and other event driven notices are filed with Companies House within the prescribed period; monitoring changes in relevant legislation and the regulatory environment and taking appropriate action; carrying out ad hoc office management responsibilities. ###

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise



Qualification with ICSA or degree level or equivalent; Company secretarial experience, particularly minuting skills; Advanced working knowledge of Blueprint / Diligent Entities; Good communication and presentation skills; confidence in dealing with people at all levels; Self-directed and can effectively and independently manage time across various projects; Team player.
