We are seeking a dedicated and organised Company Secretary to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide essential administrative support, ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This role requires a proactive individual who can manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
Duties
Perform general administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.
Maintain and organise office documents and records for easy retrieval.
Answer phone calls with excellent phone etiquette, directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
Schedule appointments and manage calendars for team members.
Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations using Google Suite and other software tools.
Handle clerical duties such as typing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
Support financial operations by using QuickBooks for basic bookkeeping tasks.
Skills
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Proficiency in Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Drive) and other office software.
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Experience with data entry and maintaining accurate records.
Familiarity with clerical duties and office procedures.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Basic knowledge of QuickBooks is advantageous but not essential.
