The role


We are seeking a Compensation Analyst to join our People Function. This is a hybrid role ideal for someone eager to grow their career in compensation within a high-growth environment. You will play a critical role in shaping compensation strategies and ensuring our compensation structures are both competitive and aligned with business goals.


Key responsibilities of the role include:

Owning the bonus pool modelling process, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business performance Building and maintaining a comprehensive market intelligence database, including reporting on compensation trends and data analysis Managing our deferral programs, ensuring seamless administration of deferred compensation Supporting compensation-related inquiries and processes Providing ad-hoc project and change initiative related analysis Working closely with the Head of Total Rewards and broader HR team on compensation strategies and initiatives Providing advanced Excel support for compensation analysis, modelling and reporting

Who are we looking for?


The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:

Strong proficiency in Excel (advanced level required), including modelling and data analysis Experience in compensation analysis - a willingness to learn and grow in the field is essential Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking Ability to spot trends and tell the story behind the analysis Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment while collaborating with global teams Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interface confidently with senior leadership
