Competition Associate (3 5 Pqe)
Job Description
A leading London law firm is seeking a skilled competition lawyer to join it's highly regarded team. The practice advises on the full spectrum of competition and antitrust matters, encompassing merger control, FDI screening, behavioural and dominance issues, market investigations and competition litigation.
The group acts for a sophisticated client base across key sectors including financial services (notably private capital and PE), pharmaceuticals, media & telecoms and consumer. The environment is collegiate and leanly structured meaning that associates work closely with partners and enjoy significant responsibility and client exposure from an early stage.
Key Requirements:
- Qualified lawyer with 3-5 years' post-qualified experience in E&W or equivalent common law jurisdiction such as Australia or New Zealand.
- Strong competition law experience from a leading law firm with a recognised antitrust practice.
- Solid grounding in merger control and FDI work; additionally exposure to behavioral and enforcement matters is advantageous.
