Competition Lawyer - 6-12 Month Fixed Term Contract

You will advise on competition law issues, working alongside our internal team and external clients to deliver strategic legal solutions.

Responsibilities

Advisory: Provide exceptional legal advice on all aspects of competition law, including merger control, antitrust investigations, and compliance programmes.
Growing our Network: Contribute to the BFlex community andknowledge with peers. Developing our Business: Understand client needs and collaborate for mutual growth.

What you'll need:

Experience in competition law with expertise in merger control (including NSIA matters), antitrust investigations, and compliance matters (3-6 PQE) Experience dealing with competition authorities including the CMA. Excellent project management abilities for complex merger control and antitrust matters. Strong communication skills and ability to explain complex concepts clearly. Must be a SRA registered lawyer.
