About Us:

Forte Engineering is one of the UK's trusted partners for electrical, mechanical, telecoms, and design & construction engineering. We deliver multi-disciplinary projects across the UK Rail Network and wider industry environments, collaborating with Tier 1 contractors and supply chain partners. We are currently seeking CompEx Experienced Electricians to join our growing team working at locations across the UK.

Shift duration:

8 hours

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out electrical installation works in rail and construction environments. Install LV cabling, switchgear, lighting, and containment systems. Read, interpret, and comply with electrical drawings and technical standards. Work collaboratively as part of a team. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Flexibility to work away from home on a project-dependent basis.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

C&G / NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent). 18th Edition - IEE Wiring Regulations for Electrical Installations. CompEx CSCS Minimum 5 years of electrical experience. Mechanical & Electrical experience. Ability to work as part of a team.
Preferred (but not essential):

2391 Electrical Testing & Inspection (or 2394/2395). PTS (Personal Track Safety) certification (training available). PASMA / IPAF certification. SSSTS / SMSTS certification. Construction experience in a railway station environment.
