More about your role
As our new Complaints Support Field services. You are responsible for managing your own cases while supporting others to ensure smooth project delivery. You help investigate and resolve complaints, meet compliance targets, and act as a point of contact for customers. You maintain high-quality standards, flag issues, and support reviews and reporting. You also contribute to projects that improve customer experience and ensure every interaction is as effortless as possible.
For this role you will be working from home but due to team collaborations you will need to be within a reasonable commute of the Preston office.
Essential Criteria
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, complex, and dynamic team setting, effectively prioritising workload and handling competing demands
Analytical thinker with strong attention to detail, ensuring high quality in all work
Experience in housing management and repairs services
