Process completion files and produce CAD as-laid drawings to support the business with Asset Value claims. The Completions Technician will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that adoption processes are adhered to in terms of industry and company requirements and will ensure that all completion files are submitted to the relevant networks within the required timescales.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
Review and process incoming data and documents from field operatives/sub-contractors.
Produce 2D CAD drawings at different stages of the Operations process.
Manage key information flows in line with internal and external processes.
Communicate with relevant operatives/sub-contractors and other individuals to resolve issues relating to dimension or route disparity and other associated data queries.
Liaise with GT/iGT & DNO/iDNO personnel to discuss process elements and resolve queries.
Provide reporting to assist with trend identification.
Adhere to stated policies and procedures relating to Health, Safety and Quality Management.
Carry out any activities related to the role.
Attend training and develop relevant knowledge and skills.
Person Specification:
A strong working knowledge of IT systems - Microsoft packages and AutoCAD (additional training on this element will be provided where required).
Self-motivated and eager to learn.
Target driven.
Proactive and able to work on own initiative.
Possesses strong interpersonal skills to be able to communicate effectively and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Ability to prioritise workload effectively with strong time management and organisational skills.
Emphasis on accuracy with excellent attention to detail.
