Role
As aMental Health SupportWorkeryou will provide compassionate, person-centred support to individuals living with a range of mental health conditions. Your role will involve helping clientsmaintaindaily routines, manage emotional wellbeing, and access community resources, whilstpromoting independence and dignity.Youlloffer both practicalassistanceand emotional encouragement, supporting people in their own homes to build confidence, reduce isolation, and achieve their personal goals. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real, lasting impact on someone's life.
As aMental Health Worker, you willhave a minimum of6 monthsexperience within a UK care setting.
Due to the nature of the role, including personal care, unsupervised work with vulnerable individuals, and the need to work flexible hours including late evenings and night shifts, applicants must be aged 18 or over.This role is subject to an Enhanced DBS check and satisfactory references.
