We are now recruiting for a Complex Care team for Mornings, Afternoons and Evenings. To provide care for our client with Cerebral Palsy and Profound Learning Disability. You must be able to work 3-5 days a week including alternate weekends.
We will provide induction training, plus training required for our client which is specific to their complex needs, plus you can enhance your qualifications with an NVQ if you wish to, so that you can progress your career with us.
You'll need to have a minimum of 2 years care experience in a regulated setting which includes experience with clients with complex and more clinical needs. You will also need experience working with individuals who have a Learning Disability. Daily Suctioning, Oxygen Management and Peg experience would be advantageous, however full training will be given.

About the role
We are looking for Upbeat individuals to join our team, to work with our service user who is a Young Adult with Complex Care Needs.
You will need to be energetic, positive, smiley and fun.
Our service user is non verbal, loves loud music and interaction. Ideally you will have experience working with Oxygen Management, PEG's, Suctioning, Profound Learning Disability and Epilepsy.

Required Criteria

• You have a minimum of 2 years care experience
• You have complex care experience
• You are authorised to work in the UK
• You have experience in Learning Disabilities

Desired Criteria

• You have an NVQ in Adult Health & Social Care
• Experience with PEG
• Suctioning
• Oxygen Management
• Epilepsy
