Role Overview



As a Complex Care Assistant, you will be providing support and care to our service users. This role requires a compassionate and attentive individual who can assist with clinical needs, personal care, and daily living tasks under the supervision of our clinical team.

Key Responsibilities:



Assist with the care needs of service user in accordance with their care plan. Support with clinical requirements such as medication management, moving and handling and challenging behaviour. Work collaboratively with family members and the multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care. Monitor and record the health and well-being of service user, reporting any changes. Ensure dignity, privacy, and independence are maintained at all times.

Requirements:



Experience in a care setting with Brain Injury Experience with complex care needs. Driver Excellent communication skills and a commitment to delivering compassionate care. Enhanced DBS check will be required, we can assist with this.
