Key Responsibilities:
Personal Care Support:
Assist with personal hygiene tasks, including bathing, dressing, and grooming, while ensuring respect for the client's privacy and dignity.
Health Assistance:
Monitor and manage medical conditions, administer medications, assist with mobility, and use medical equipment where required.
Tailored Care:
Provide care for individuals with complex health needs such as neurological disorders, dementia, physical disabilities, and long-term health conditions.
Emotional Wellbeing:
Offer companionship, encourage positive mental health, and help clients maintain their emotional wellbeing.
Daily Tasks:
Support clients with household chores, meal preparation, and shopping to maintain a clean and independent lifestyle.
Care Records:
Accurately document care provided, ensuring up-to-date records and clear communication with healthcare teams.
What We Are Looking For:
Experience in complex care or a similar setting (preferred but not essential).
A compassionate and patient nature with strong communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Flexibility to work during the
Christmas period or school holidays
(evenings and weekends available).
A valid UK driving licence (ESSENTIAL).
