Complex Care Support Worker

to provide

2:1 care

for a client living in their own home.

About the Client:

Epilepsy Cerebral Palsy Osteoporosis PEG feeding Non-verbal communication Partially sighted

What You'll Do:

Deliver person-centred care tailored to the client's needs Assist with PEG feeding and medication administration Support with mobility and personal care Monitor and respond to health changes promptly Promote independence and dignity

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience in

complex care

(essential) Knowledge of PEG feeding and epilepsy management Excellent communication skills (including non-verbal techniques) Ability to work as part of a team and follow care plans

Enhanced DBS check

(or willingness to obtain)
