14.75-15.25

PLUS Pension PLUS Holiday Pay

This equates to a rolled up pay rate of17.03 - 17.60!

Expectedaveragehours 20 to 40 hours plusper week. Shifts are flexible where possible

Shift Pattern: Waking or sleeping night shifts typically based upon a 12 hour shift ex 19.00pm-07.00am or 20.00pm-08.00am


No driving license required as you will be based at one address.

A minimum of 6 months recent care experience is required due to the clients needs. Previous experience in dealing with tracheostomy or ventilation is desired but full training will also be provided by our in house nursing team.

To work with us as aComplex Care Assistant,you'llneed to have at least 3 months of hands-on care experience in a UK care setting or familial support -this helps us make sureyou'reconfident and ready to support our clients with more advanced needs.


TheComplex Care AssistantRole at Alcedo Care involves delivering high-quality, person-centred support to individuals with complex health needs, including spinal injuries, respiratory conditions,neurologicaldisordersand mental health.Youllbe fully supported with expert training and competency sign-off from our in-house team of Registered Nurses and our training team, giving you the confidence to excel in your role. From specialist care such as PEG,suctionand tracheostomy support toassistingwith medication, mobility, meal preparation, and household tasks,youlldevelop skills that truly make a difference.

The pay rate is for complex care support for complex clients, anyhours worked delivering domiciliary support is paid at the domiciliary rate of13.40-13.90PLUS Pension PLUS Holiday Pay
