Complex Care Assistant - Right at Home South Liverpool & Halton

14.00 per hour | NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) required

Right at Home South Liverpool & Halton is looking for a compassionate and skilled

Complex Care Assistant

to join our outstanding care team. We support adults with a wide range of complex health needs, helping them to live safely, comfortably and independently in their own homes.

About the Role

As a Complex Care Assistant, you will deliver high-quality, person-centred care to clients with advanced or specialist needs. Your duties may include:

Personal care and daily living support

Catheter care and stoma care

Tube feeding (e.g., PEG or NG)

in line with individual care plans Support for complex conditions including spinal injuries, neurological conditions, diabetes and palliative care Safe moving and handling, including use of specialist equipment Medication administration Promoting independence, dignity and choice at every stage
You will follow detailed care plans and receive ongoing training and clinical skills support from our experienced Care Management team.

What We're Looking For

We would love to hear from you if you:

Hold

NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care

(or equivalent) -

essential

Have experience supporting people with complex health needs Are confident, reliable and committed to delivering exceptional care Can work independently and follow structured clinical care plans Have great communication and problem-solving skills Hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle (preferred)
