2 Night per week (Monday-Friday) |

22:00 - 08:00

occasional contingency cover

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience within complex care is essential

Confident and compassionate

Urdu-speaking Female Support Worker

Experience with:

+ Catheter care
+ PEG & Gastrostomy management/replacement
+ Seizure management & rescue medication
+ Oral suctioning
+ Mental health support
+ Medication administration

What You'll Do:

Provide

personal care and support

tailored to the client's needs Administer

medication and PEG/Gastro-Jej nutrition

safely Assist with

daily living tasks and mobility

Monitor and report

health, behaviour, and wellbeing

Support

therapy goals

and follow

care plans

Respond calmly to

seizures or emergencies

as needed Communicate effectively with the

care team and family
