Role Overview

Center Healthcare is recruiting an experienced

Complex Care Assistant

to provide 1:1 support to an individual with complex health needs. This is a rewarding role for a skilled, compassionate professional confident working in a home-based care setting. As a Complex Care Assistant, you will be providing support and care to our service users. This role requires a compassionate and attentive individual who can assist with clinical needs, personal care, and daily living tasks under the supervision of our clinical team.

Experience in

complex care

Assist with the care needs of service user in accordance with their care plan. Support with clinical requirements Work collaboratively with family members and the multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care. Monitor and record the health and well-being of service user, reporting any changes. Ensure dignity, privacy, and independence are maintained at all times.

Key Skills & Competencies

Respiratory care, nebulization & oxygen therapy Mechanical ventilation (CPAP / NIPPV) & heated humidification Medication administration & management (including suppositories) Catheter, bowel & continence care Dysphagia / aspiration management Skin integrity & tissue viability Pain management, observation monitoring Moving & handling & personal care

Experience Supporting Conditions Including

COPD, Type 2 Respiratory Failure, Type 2 Diabetes, Asthma, Sleep Apnoea, Fibromyalgia, Osteoarthritis, Obesity, IBS, Migraines, ADHD, PTSD, Bipolar Disorder, and other long-term conditions.
