Are you a compassionate care professional looking to

develop specialist skills

? We're looking for a

Female Complex Care Assistant

to provide 1:1 overnight support for a child with complex needs. Full

training will be provided

, so even if you're new to clinical tasks, you'll gain valuable hands-on experience.

Role Overview

Provide 1:1 overnight care, supporting both medical and emotional needs Help the child feel safe, included, and empowered at home Collaborate with family and healthcare professionals

Training & Development - We'll Teach You

Tracheostomy care Suctioning (oral, tracheal, nasopharyngeal) Enteral & PEG feeding Oxygen therapy
Even if you haven't done these before, you'll receive full guidance and support.

Caring, patient, and reliable Comfortable working independently and as part of a team Enthusiastic to learn and grow your clinical skills
